"Absolute dumpster fire. They dropped the ball on my umbrella policy. Then, I cannot get ahold of anyone who can tell me what happened. Four calls over two weeks, four promises of a “call back”, none ever happened. Maria promised to “personally ensure I get a call back”, three days later I call back again and she says “she did her dilligence by sending a note to someone to call me back”. Called corporate to change agents. Avoid Arty Pagan and his disastrous office."
